Sourcing the Creation Field

You don't need more discipline. 

Have you ever noticed how hard it is to cook for just yourself, but when you are preparing a meal for friends, your energy, motivation, and creativity become elevated? 

Creating is like that. 

Inspiration is personal and intimate. But creating requires relationship, not isolation, to thrive. 

When isolated:

We avoid the work.
We convince ourselves we need more time, a cleaner house, a better organized workspace. We put off for a "better time" rather than create.

We can't find the right balance of creative constraint.
Every creative knows that finding the right balance of freedom and limitation creates the container for generative creation. But identifying and maintaining that balance is much harder when we are working entirely on our own. 

The work loses vitality.
In isolation, we are left alone with our biggest foe, our mind. Our creative process can get hijacked. Our vision loses clarity, and what was once alive begins to flatten. 

How to Access Your Creative Flow 

Your art is always a flow between three relationships: 

• you and your inspiration, 

• you and your craft, and 

• you and your audience. 

There is also a fourth element - the energetic field that holds the entire process. 

Here's how we weave together these elements in Sourcing the Creation Field: 

1. Say yes and show up - but not alone. Show up with dedication to your craft, and in a consciously held energetic container. This dynamic creative field energizes motivation, commitment, and accountability through flow, not force. 

2. Show your work before you're ready - and while you're still in process. You will create a dialogue with your audience while you stand on the edge of your own creative process. It will feel risky and vulnerable - and it will advance your process faster than anything else. 

3. Source from the Creation Field in a community of practice. Learn to drop into the depths - beyond what you've been taught was possible - and communicate directly with your Creative Resources. Engage in this practice with others, and have a direct experience of the flow of Source and Love. Few things can compare with the power of this practice - read more about it below.

The Heart Of The Practice

At the heart of Sourcing the Creation Field is an embodied, experiential practice - inspired by Family and Systemic Constellations - that allows you to access the loving, creative intelligence of your inspiration, and to hear directly from the voice of the specific project you are manifesting. 

Each time we gather for a Sourcing session, you will bring your live creative question or project, and through embodied sense-thinking, structured inquiry, and art-based processes:

• You learn to sense and allow what your project is asking for

• You learn to receive and provide insight and guidance for your peers

• Hidden elements of your creation are surfaced, differentiated, and clarified

• Blocks reveal themselves as information that leads to coherence, not evidence of failure

• You will have a direct experience of the Unconditional Love that supports all aspects of your life!

Who Is This For?

You'll know this is for you if you've been experiencing one or more of these cues:

1. 1. You have a significant creative idea or project that you haven't fully begun or completed.
      Does it follow you around all the time? Or perhaps you only notice it when something you've seen or heard suddenly reminds you of its presence? You might not even know the shape of it, but you feel the pressure of its desire to be created through you. 

   2. You experience a pang of envy when you see a creation similar to what you desire to create.
      That feeling is not because you lack the ability - just the opposite. It means your creative impulse wants expression through you, but you've been suppressing it.

   3. You feel like your vision and its impact are too big for you to manifest, and your critical voice says you're not fill-in-the-blank-enough to make it happen.
      Dear One - this is the juiciest place to create from! It means you are truly at the edge of something new. That's exactly where you want to be!

   6. You are ready to stop circling this project and give yourself over to it. 

What Becomes Possible

Where this container takes you is something yet to be discovered!

2. You move through fear and resistance while being held by a loving, supportive container.

3. You create without "clarity and direction" - and let your mind catch up later. We know that sounds counterintuitive, but the practice is about dropping in and trusting what arises, even if your mind feels confused or uncertain. Create directly from Source and enjoy the surprise of what emerges!

Lori Wells

Artist and Writer; Dreamwork and Family Constellations Practitioner

Lori Wells is a multidisciplinary artist whose work emerges from the numinous territories of dreamwork, constellation practice, and the living intelligence of nature. Her creative process is rooted in listening - to dreams, to ancestral memory, and to the subtle fields of meaning that shape artistic expression.

In 2023, she experienced a profound shift in her art and in herself as an artist that has become the foundation for Sourcing the Creation Field. 

While participating in a three-month constellation inquiry called Remembering Ancestral Knowledge (facilitated by Aitabé), Lori simultaneously committed to a 100-day art-making practice, creating and sharing a new piece of work each day.

The convergence of these two practices opened a powerful creative channel. Her artistic expression accelerated dramatically: she began working in a new medium, discovered a distinctive signature style, and her work quickly reached a wider audience and growing demand.

Lori now brings her experience of working in deep relationship with the creative field to support others in discovering the living intelligence within their own projects.

Aitabé Fornés

Family Constellations Facilitator and Trainer, Creator of SenseThinking, Co-Facilitator of Sourcing the Creation Field

I had my first experience of Family Constellation Work in 2011, and within a year, I had resigned from my classroom teaching and dedicated myself to training and practice in this modality. I continue to be deeply moved by the healing power of Family Constellations. 

Beyond the healing, there is an even bigger gift, one that goes right to the heart of what it means to be human, the nature of information, consciousness, and Love. What is the gift? The knowing that each of us has direct contact with a larger Field of Information, and my role is to introduce people to this ability. This has been the focus of my SenseThinking work. 

As I have matured in my practice and in my capacity to hold space, I am living the paradox that less effort, and more vulnerability and honesty, lead to greater impact. 

Sourcing the Creation Field is an example of that: it is an answer to my own challenge of stepping into the next phase of my work. At the same time, it allows me to serve in precisely the way that flows most effortlessly: as a guide who stands together with the seeker as we open to the Field of Love and listen for guidance.
